This therapeutic wrap is made from 100% cotton with a rice insert filling. Warm the rice filled insert in the microwave or cool it in the freezer and then wrap it around your neck or elsewhere. Also comes with a cotton strap to help keep the wrap in place. Made by fair trade artisans in Nepal.
Outer shell: machine wash warm. Remove rice insert before washing. Do not wash rice insert.
