Fair Trade vanilla beans from the Amazon Basin of Ecuador are grown and hand picked on small-scale farms. Fragrant beans are filled with moist oleoresin "caviar". Simply split the beans lengthwise, pop them in the bottle (provided) and fill with grain alcohol or vodka (vodka is preferred, and not provided in the kit.) Wait 1 month, and your vanilla is ready!
